BUILT FOR UAE BAZAARS

Give your seller a link. Get a clean event report.

PRIMERO records every sale, tracks remaining stock, and reconciles the count when your event closes. No app installs. No new accounts. Works on a phone in a tent on poor wifi.

No credit card. Free during private beta. UAE-hosted.

  • Built for FTA filing
  • Tokenized seller links, 7-day expiry

HAND OFF

One link, no logins
Share a single URL. Your seller opens it on their phone — no app, no account, no install. Lock to one device or use a 4-digit code.

WHILE THEY SELL

Every sale, exactly once
Your seller taps in sales, voids mistakes within 60 seconds, and flags low stock when something's almost out. Built for spotty bazaar wifi.

WHEN YOU CLOSE

The numbers come back clean
Confirm remaining stock. PRIMERO surfaces any discrepancy in plain language and emails you a one-tap export your accountant can drop into Wafeq or Zoho.

How PRIMERO actually works.

Three steps from handoff to clean reconciliation. No app installs. No new accounts. No training.

  1. Step 1

    Hand off

Generate a tokenized URL on the owner dashboard. Share it on WhatsApp. Your seller opens it on her phone — no install, no account, no app store. Choose a 7-day expiry or rotate the link at any moment if you ever need to.

  2. Step 2

    While they sell

Every sale is idempotent and works on 3G. The seller gets a 60-second undo on each transaction — the same AED 5,000 sale never lands twice on a flaky connection.

  3. Step 3

    When you close

The seller confirms remaining stock. PRIMERO surfaces any discrepancy in plain language — "You sold 47 of 50 brought. 3 items unaccounted (AED 240)." Approve the event and export a 24-column CSV your accountant drops into Wafeq, Zoho, or Excel.

Built for the moment you can't be at the booth.

Perfume brands, jewelry pop-ups, designer markets, and charity bazaars across the UAE who hand inventory to a temporary helper and need the numbers to close cleanly.

Pop-up retail

Multi-day pop-ups at MOE, City Walk, Global Village. Single-day or three-day. Restock mid-event when you drive back to your car. Hand inventory to a temporary helper and reconcile when the weekend ends.

High-value goods

Jewelry, watches, fragrances. Idempotent writes mean the same AED 5,000 sale never lands twice on a flaky 3G connection.

Charity bazaars

School fundraisers, mosque drives, community fairs. The seller at the booth is a volunteer, not staff — give them a tokenized link and read the report at close. No app, no account, no training session.

Questions before you start.

  • Is PRIMERO a POS?
No. A POS replaces your cash register at the storefront. PRIMERO is for the moment you can't be at the booth yourself — you hand inventory to a temporary seller, get a tokenized link, watch sales live, and read a reconciled report at the end.
  • Do we need to install an app?
No. The seller opens a URL on her phone. No accounts, no app store. The owner signs in with a magic link on the web.
  • What happens to our data when an event closes?
Every sale, void, count, and reconciliation is retained. Export a 24-column CSV (Wafeq + Zoho + Excel compatible) anytime. We never sell or share your data.
  • How do you handle returns or voids?
The seller has a 60-second undo on each sale. After that, discrepancies are reconciled at close-time with a note. Voided sales remain in the audit trail with a Voided=true flag.
  • Is it VAT-ready?
Yes. Business onboarding captures VAT registration and your TRN. The CSV export includes FTA-aligned columns when registered, and omits VAT lines cleanly when not — PRIMERO doesn't issue tax invoices on behalf of unregistered businesses.
